    The newly elected CANA Bureau held its first meeting on Saturday 19 December 2020. The Bureau members considered a number of items in preparation for 2021. President Sam Ramsamy proposed that the CANA representation to FINA should represent all the Zones of CANA.     Delegates from over 40 countries gathered today (12 December 2020) for the virtual General Congress of the African Swimming Confederation (CANA). The Congress originally scheduled for April 2020 in Durban, South Africa had to be postponed due the global COVID pandemic.
