Tokyo, Friday, 2nd August 2019 Tatjana Schoenmaker won her first FINA Swimming World Cup gold medal as the Series kicked off at Tokyo’s Tatsumi International Swimming Center today. Schoenmaker bagged the gold in the 200m breaststroke with an impressive new World Cup record time of 2:22.35, shedding 0.52secs from Viktoria Gunes’ 2015 time of 2:22.87.
